What can't be submitted

Out of scope: physical products, portfolios and showcase sites, content products (courses, guides, videos, music, images), services delivered by people.

Misleading or fake: projects that don't exist or can't be accessed, fake screenshots or claims, a website you don't own or control, impersonating another product or person.

Spam: random text, duplicate submissions of the same project, projects created only for links or promotion.

Offensive or unlawful: hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content, illegal content or services, malware, phishing, scams.

Content you have no rights to: other people's logos, screenshots or copyrighted material.

Private data: personal or confidential information about other people.

System abuse: fake votes, multiple accounts to claim extra free places, coordinated voting.

Ownership and responsible use

Submit only projects you own or control, or are authorized to represent. You must have the rights to the names, descriptions, links and media you submit. Ownership evidence and contact details must be truthful.

Idea and Building projects do not need a public website. Describe their actual stage accurately; a Live project must be publicly accessible.

Do not automate, buy, coordinate or exchange votes; evade limits; conceal a team relationship; or attempt to identify judges. Founder referral traffic is Community Support and must not be presented as ranking influence.

Technical testing must use authorized environments and must not degrade availability, expose private data or interfere with another launch.

What happens if a project breaks the rules

We may reject, suspend or remove a project or account. No refund is due when we remove a project for a violation. In serious cases we act without notice; otherwise we email you the reason, and you can reply to support within 14 days to contest it.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
